Starting Early

Even though my challenge doesn't start until Tuesday, I am going to start all my planned habits today because I can't stand to keep seeing that scale creep any higher!

Today will be a very food conscious day. Healthy intake and hopefully at least a quick workout in before bed.

A workout each day this weekend, hopefully some adventurous cooking, and some stress free activities with my boyfriend.

Now is a better time then any!
